Refunds
Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods you can request a return or exchange of the item. For greater clarity and traceability, the return should be requested by email, simply write to shop@calzatureginevra.it with your request: indicating our order number. Should you wish to consider an exchange of goods, you can request the exchange, if already identified, directly via email. You will then be notified of any costs for settling any difference in the exchange of goods. If you opt for a refund, you can always state this in the return request sent via email. Customers who have chosen to pay in advance (i.e. by card, PayPal, bank transfer, Scalapay) will be credited on the same payment transaction. All payments you have made to us will be refunded. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. The refund will remain suspended until we receive the goods. You will be responsible for the shipment itself and the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. The refund will not include the shipping costs incurred, only the value of the returned items. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY AND IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN WORN AND ARE THEREFORE IN ANY WAY USED.

The shipping cost in Italy is ALWAYS FREE, the cash on delivery fee of € 7.00 is not to be confused with the shipping cost, this is required by the courier and therefore (in case of return) represents a non-refundable cost. The GLS courier will send you an email with details of the expected delivery. REST OF THE WORLD: Shipping Methods and Costs We ship worldwide via the couriers: DHL PARCEL (by truck), to EU member countries. DHL Express and SDA/EMS for other destinations. The shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart once the destination country has been selected.
